1. | Pour water into cooker. Put grid in cooker. Place potatoes on grid. |
2. | Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 6 minutes. |
3. | Remove cooker from heat. Lift vent weight slightly to release pressure. |
4. | Open cooker. Place potatoes in a warmed bowl. Break up potatoes with fork. Beat until smooth (about 1 minute with a heavy duty mixer) or use any of a fork, potato masher, food mill, blender, regular electric mixer. |
5. | Add remaining ingredients. Continue beating until fluffy. Serve hot immediately. |
