Masala Chai

Ingredients
2 cups / 480 ml water
2 green cardamoms (crushed)
2½ tbsp / 15 g masala tea powder
2½ tbsp / 30 g sugar
1 cup / 240 ml milk

Recipe
1. Add water and cardamoms in a Tpan, close lid and heat on high heat on small burner of Gas Stove or 1000 Watts of Induction Cooktop till boiling.
2. Remove lid. Add tea powder. Bring to boil, stirring occassionally. Reduce heat to medium-high/600 Watts and boil for about 3 minutes.
3. Add sugar and milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium/400 Watts and boil for about 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Strain and serve hot.
