1. | In a shallow bowl, mix together all ingredients except fish, mushrooms and green onions. Add fish steaks. Turn them in sauce and marinate for 1 hour. |
2. | Put grid in cooker. Place fish on grid. Pour marinade into cooker. Arrange mushrooms and onions except the 1 tbsp reserved for garnish over fish. |
3. | Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 6 minutes. |
4. | Remove cooker from heat. Press finger-tip control to release pressure. |
5. | Open cooker. Place fish with vegetables on serving dish. Keep hot. Remove grid from cooker. |
6. | Return cooker to high heat and boil till liquid is reduced to half, stirring occasionally. Pour over fish. Serve hot, garnished with reserved green onions. |
