1. | Heat oil in cooker for about 3 minutes. Add bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves. Stir for a few seconds. Add potatoes and cauliflower. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients except water and garam masala powder. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Add water. Stir. |
2. | Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes. |
3. | Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally for 5 minutes. Lift vent weight lightly to release pressure. |
4. | Open cooker. Place tehari on serving dish. Sprinkle garam masala powder. Serve hot. |
