carrots
peeled and chopped
3 medium (350 g)
onions
chopped
2 stalks
celery
chopped
¼ cup
barley
1 tbsp
salt
¼ tsp
white pepper
4 cups
water
Method

Put all ingredients in cooker.

Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 7 minutes.

Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.

Open cooker. Serve hot.
