Sales Trainees
Hawkins Cookers Limited, the leader in pressure cookers and high quality cookware in India, requires Sales Trainees to be posted in various parts of India. The training period is 18 months. After successful completion of training, each trainee will be confirmed as an Assistant Sales Officer. The job involves travelling intensively, managing dealers and institutions and achieving sales targets. Total remuneration during training shall be about Rs. 17,000 per month. Incentives up to six months salary based upon target achievements are also available. Promotions are on merit.
Candidates should be 21 to 28 years of age, fresh graduates or graduates with experience. Candidates who meet our requirements and write a clear application with all necessary details including an essay of about 300 words in English in their own handwriting on the subject "Why I want to join Hawkins" will be called to a written test at the center nearest to them.
